We welcome the support of <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/move-cost.info\/\">COST Action IC0903 MOVE \u201eKnowledge Discovery from Moving Objects\u201c<\/a><\/strong> in co-organizing the PhD seminar.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Target groups <\/em><\/strong><em> <\/em><br \/>\n<em>On one hand the conference and the PhD seminar targets researchers and doctoral students working on or interested in theoretical, methodological and empirical aspects of mobile positioning and mobile phones.
